Color: Gray

The color gray is considered an unemotional color and the color of compromise. Being neither black nor white, it is the transition between two non-colors. Independently, it is not known to stimulate or excite. As gray goes lighter to white or silver, it becomes more lively and illuminating. As gray goes darker toward black, it becomes more mysterious and dramatic.

Gray is a color of maturity and responsibility, sometimes associated with the gray hair of older age. It will never be the center of attention, the dynamic leader or the director—it is too safe and toned down.
